Four-Hands

Four-hands bodywork includes two practitioners and one client, offering more support for the client. Collaboration between the two practitioners is essential in order to maximize the healing potential of the session.

I offer four-hands sessions with Nicole Richards, a licensed massage therapist in Arizona whom I highly respect and collaborate well with.

Nicole is very intuitive and has extensive experience in Myofascial Release. She combines it with SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique) which addresses structures beyond muscles including ligaments, tendons, fascia, meridians, and trigger points, and accomplishes simultaneous physical and energetic releases. The combination of our strengths in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and SMRT makes for very powerful and supportive sessions, exponentially suitable for deep healing, whether the issue is physical, emotional or spiritual. We have a heart centered approach, and our priority is always you as the client and your well-being.

We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Myofascial Unwinding

A session may include myofascial unwinding, which is the spontaneous movement of the client's body in response to the practitioners’ hands and its position in space. Myofascial unwinding shows up as breathing changes, involuntary twitches, and sometimes larger movements like arm or leg stretches or otherwise unprompted movements that the client does not consciously initiate. These movements are natural and a part of the healing process. A session with two practitioners is highly supportive of the unwinding process.

If the weather permits, we may take you out on the red rocks for an unwinding. The power of this technique, combined with the natural healing energy of the Sedona red rocks makes this a unique and unforgettable experience.
